Research projects
In charge of STIMEHE (Students' Inclusion & Mobility in European Higher Education), a European comparative study of policies of access to student mobility. Project carried out within the framework of the Junior Professor’s Chair for Equality towards and in higher education in Europe.
Member of the PROPEDASUP project (January 2026 - December 2028), a project funded by the French National Agency for Research and led by Julie Denouël from Rennes 2 University. The project focuses on the effects of public policies for pedagogical transformations on the evolution of work and professions in French higher education. It brings together researchers from six French laboratories.
Member since 2024 of the Erasmus+ KA 2 Bagskol project (2024-2027), led by Tanguy Philippe from Nantes University. This project brings together researchers from six different countries and aims to understand the invisible and culturally complex challenges that teachers face in their professional activities.

Scientific coordinator from 2022 to 2024 on the Erasmus+ KA 2 GlobalSense project, led by Sébastien Urbanski of Nantes University. This project was composed of a consortium of academics and associated partners from five EU and non-EU countries. The central objective of GlobalSense was the creation and improvement of a teacher training device for global citizenship education.

Supervisor of a Ph-D candidate conducting a comparative study of European universities' Diversity, equity and inclusion policies.
Manager of a research engineer conducting a qualitative survey in the frame of STIMEHE (Students' Inclusion & Mobility in European Higher Education)
